JSP Hinters is a trading style of Impact Marketing Network Ltd. We prepare introductory marketing materials and research for people who want to understand an unfamiliar market before deciding whether it belongs anywhere near their money.
An introductory marketing business
Impact Marketing Network Ltd has operated as a marketing and lead generation business for over a decade. JSP Hinters is the name under which it publishes educational material on alternative asset markets.
The distinction matters. We produce reading material. We do not originate investments, arrange investments, broker investments or hold client money. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

How we put a report together
Every report follows the same sequence, so that a reader can find the same information in the same place across every market.
Start with the asset
Before any instrument is discussed, the underlying asset is described: what it physically is, who owns it, how it is valued and what actually happens to it over time.
Then the structure
The legal vehicle, the instrument held and the investor's entitlements are set out separately. Many losses in this market begin with a reader never being told which of these three they actually own.
Always the downside
Liquidity, fees, documentation and exit are treated as core content rather than a disclaimer at the end. A report that cannot describe how an investment might be lost is not finished.
Sourced and dated
Figures, dates and market commentary are attributed to their source and carry the date on which they were true. Older research is retained as a record, not presented as current.
